Michelle is a gem. A thorough professional, yet gentle enough to avoid inflicting pain during prophylaxis. I have always had a positive experience with all of the staff at BDC and that encompasses at least 10 years of patienthood.

Thank you Caela and everyone at BDC for your truly thoughtful and comforting approach. I called and spoke with Caela who was a courteous and helpful in person as she was on the phone. I came in with a last minute issue thinking Dr. Anne (Fucherpfennig) would not be in to take care of my root canal. I thought a short term patch-up may be possible at best. We have been receiving dental care at this practice for years. Prior to coming here, I did not have much trust or confidence in dentists, and had received erroneous information regarding my dental needs (on more than one occasion). Dr. Rasool is caring and conservative in his recommendations. And Michelle, who is most often our hygienist, is awesome! Finally, those who work at the front desk are friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this practice if you are looking for quality dental care!
