They could have the doctors in Cardiac Care be polite to the family members of the patients and make sure that a patient who comes in because of heart disease and who did not have an infection not contact an infection in the hospital and die of sepsis as my son did. This and major arm pain is what I was left with after leaving brookdale emergency room when a nurse decided to rip both the bandage and the needle out my arm.

hire more doctors that care about the patients I dont remember the Drs name but on Monday July 22nd she had to care for an inmate at estimated time of 12am the way she was handling the patient is very disturbing and also she was caring for my boyfriend as if it was a heavy task I wish I took her name she needs to be disciplined
The emergency room waiting area is disgusting, nobody should have to come sit on these nasty chairs... What is housekeeping getting paid to do????
I was hospitalized twice at Brookdale Hospital, because no one thought I was taking medication. That is not true. I was taking it, but I was hospitalized for no good reason at all. To think I was born over there. And now, I have more reasons to hate this hospital, because my Dad died over there while under their so-called "care". If the staff ever cared about their patients in that hospital, I would faint!
Staff was very rude I have videos security of staff getting in my face trying to fight me
