Oh my God where do i start? The nurses don't give a shit about the patients. I've been there plenty of times. The Triage nurses rush you into doing whatever it is they need they don't care that you can hardly move or talk. They are very rude. I can barely walk to the bathroom numerous times I've been there and not one nurse offered to help. I've been to another hospital recently and they treated me with such care, I felt like wow! Ive been waiting here since 10 o'clock in extreme pain! These people do not care!
This hospital isn't as bad as some of the reviews make it seem.. they let me stay here with my boyfriend all night who has to get surgery tomorrow and they didn't bother me once. I been here since 5AM, even tho visiting hours dont start till 11AM. Honestly I live in Staten Is and i'd rather come here than some of those shithole hospitals.
