Understaffed, inept, an abomination of humanity. My daughter came in with one issue and went home with several other issues after her treatment.

Worst hospital in history!!!!! It takes forever to be seen by a nurse just to take your blood pressure. Then a century for the patient to finally be called, in addition its beyond dirty, disgusting, falling apart specially the emergency area! This is not away to treat a sick person specially when their health is in danger. Last time we are ever stepping a foot in this hospital it's a shame, the people of Brooklyn deserve better health quality specially in a emergency room!

Dirty, smelly, poorly trained staff, insane wait times and overall poor quality. Also, can you explain to me how a Level 1 trauma center does not have a full orthopedic department? You have one doctor that only does extremities and back. What happens if someone's leg is broken in a car accident?
why did salaya Figueroa come to the hospital shot and had to wait 2 hours plus for a ct scan and she passed away while waiting shame on brookdale. The ambulance that came to get her didn't even know she was shot so they didn't treat her as if she was.... heads should roll #peopleslivesmatter
They need a better trained medical staff and a caring staff.
