The care I received was extremely hospitable. The have a tendency want to feed. Staff was easy to talk to.
I went to Brookdale Emergency room on 5/16/2016 after having an xray done at urgent care due to severe chest pain and numbness and pain in my left arm. First I stood on line to get checked in which took over 20 minutes. Then I stood in the waiting area waiting for the triage nurse to call me..the guards saw how much pain I was in and tried to take me in the back to get help and the nurses in the er attitudes was absolutely disgusting and REFUSED to help me and sent me back to...Continue Reading
This hospital is not has bad as most people state. I actually think it's a great hospital and these bad ratings are a bit off key.
I absolutely love working at Brookdale. We have come a long way baby. Yes still much further to go, but we are trying. I'm giving my 100%. We do a lot with the little we have ☆☆☆☆☆
They deserve no star. Worst hospital in New York City. They are keeping my mother for 5 days and everytime we ask them what is the reason for keeping her they have no answer yet they are not even discharging her. The nurses has no idea about anything. Anything I ask they go "I don't know" then why are you there???? EVERYONE STAY OUT OF THIS HOSPITAL. It's a waste of time and now I feel like they are just keeping her there to make money.
I was a a street fair given by the hospital. I was asked to come in side for a FREE mammogram.. weeks later I was sent a bill..I have been sent in circles trying to rectify this situation. After only one bill it had been sent to collections so I am now fighting with the hospital and the collection agency. The collection agency made me aware that I am not the only one Brookdale had done this to.
