Had my son here 12 years ago, still the absolute WORST experience of my life. It still bothers me how horrible I was treated and how one of the happiest and most precious times was turned into something awful and traumatic I'll never be able to forget. Y'all are truly the worst ever.
Not a nurse in sight and patients needing care and meds. This was after they had a “private party” in the area with the super loud personal conversations and lights blaring bright(after turning them off) at 1:45am. Then they all departed, leaving the patients needy and unattended. BRAVO BROOKDALE!!! (I have voice recordings as well!!)
They let my husband father died here. Will not recommend anyone to go there. I will suggest downstate hospital.
