Doc and nurses that respect families by talking and listening. Having compassion I know your jobs are hard and Your doing a lot. but when a patient who is CCM family calls don't blow them off by saying I can't talk to You all night I'm busy. When the # is given so we can talk to U. and then don't answer the phone. SMH

Horrible staff to greet you and the occasional absent minded nurse. Hey my moms is still living and I did not come to say my good byes. Watch what you say in front of patients. Learn every aspect of your job. Security too.
BROOKEDALE TOOK MY FATHER AWAY FROM ME. Doctors admitted to malpractice. My father was in a comma for 7yrs before he passed away. SHUT THIS MORGUE DOWN!!!!

Brookdale Hospital should be ashamed of themselves. one of their own, nurse Sylvia Leroy contracted Covid 19 and the insurance carrier Brookdale has chosen won't cover her treatment. Brookdale should cover ALL of Sylvia's medical expenses. Disgusting behavior by Brookdale.
