I have lived at Brookchester for a little over a year and, in fact, have just renewed my lease because of my overall satisfaction with the living experience. I am quite pleased with both the maintenance and office staff, most notably Carol and Anna. Every time I go to the office one or the other, or both, has been extremely pleasant and helpful, qualities that are much appreciated but not always found.
My girlfriend and I dealt with Anna during our renewal process for the lease. She helped us out and made everything very easy to understand. Special thanks also to Michelle for being so kind and helping us log in to the computers in the office.
I have live here at Brookchester Apartments for close to six years now and I have to say that it has been a nice experience. I have a 1 bedroom unit that is laid out nicely especially for a single male. I bought a townhouse in Lincoln Park to be closer t my job. Since I have been here I have not had a single insect enter my apartment. Amazing! It's not all its cut out to be! Apartments are pretty small and other issues that needs correcting
No complaints. Maintenance staff is great - polite and the response is quick. Parking isn't really an issue. Many tenants have 2 cars which take up a lot of room in the parking lots, but I need the exercise and the area is safe. The owners have tried to address the heating issue, but the apartments were built over 50 yrs. ago which can explain the need for radiators and boilers.
