Nothing good, bed service, management, maintenance sucks, they don't respond am tryn to call ., two days no heat, we bean frezzing, and nobody doing nothing, hi bean calling since yesterday no respondinng , I will call the building inspector for some answers
Maintenance is a disaster. You pay almost 1700 to live in this complex and the heat is broken almost every single week. If it’s not 50 degrees in here it’s 80. I would never recommend anyone to live here. I cannot wait to move out and it’s only been 2 months. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL.
Although convenient to bus � & train � this place is a maintenance nightmare. In my 6 Years here I have numerous days without heat & hot water � which per my lease a binding contract is supposed to be provide but neither the maintenance or leasing office care neither does the management company JMG Management! If you can afford to pay � the rent here I highly suggest you go elsewhere!
I am posting this because of the non-response to the recent problems with the heat at my apartment. Starting Sunday, Jan.7,2018, to today, Wed. Jan.17, 11 days, I have been without heat for 8 days. I have been without heat for all or part of January 8,9,10,13,14,15,16, and today the 17th. I have called dozens of times, they fix it for a few hours, and then it's off again. Very happy here after a year and a half. Quiet diverse community. Good safe location. Conveniently located. Reasonably priced. Park-like setting. Maintenance is fast and friendly. No problems so far. Good apartment living.
