Been here since 2005 and really enjoy it! Maintenance tech Ralph is very personable and really goes the extra mile!! :) !!
pros: nice area. convenient location. you feel safe. everyone is friendly. the grounds are pretty. I've always had positive experiences with maintenance. nice-sized rooms. pet/friendly. cons: the washing machines and dryers are always broken or steal your money. parking is an absolute nightmare. I once searched for parking for 90 minutes. people get tickets all the time and of COURSE, brookchester doesn't help with that. it's extremely hot in the apartments all the time. if we're paying $1,500 to live here, the least we can ... read more

I love my apartment. No issues, but the parking can be a little challenging. Hard to find parking after 10pm.
We logged a maintenance request to fix the oven of the cooking range unit. Ralph visited our place on the same day and fixed it. Thanks Ralph.

Have to give 5 stars to the Maintenance Crew here at Brookchester. No matter what issue comes up, they give it their all. 5 plus stars to Vidal for handling a horrible heating situation last fri & sat (11/13&14) with class respect and expertise! Love Johns for fixing every kind of issue with your walls and ceilings! Thanks
