Nice cost apartments...very clean and safe area
Pipes banging nonstop for weeks rain coming in bedroom window management doesn’t return calls what to do not sleep someone needs to figure out how to run this place
Rob is a really nice guy & did a great job fixing our drain and replacing our smoke detector.
Management is poor, they are not interested in helping you with any issues you may have . Like pipes banging for over 3 weeks at 3:00 am . The plumbing company installed a new boiler and the pipes have been banging at night they just can’t fix it .. there is no quality of life if you can’t sleep at night
Neil Pereira arrived on time as maintenance promised to fix a clogged tub drain. Neil was courteous and knowledgeable, and fixed the problem efficiently. He installed a new hair trap and replaced the non working bath/shower fixture with an attractive chrome cover. The tub was sparkling clean with disinfectant and you would never know he had been there. Mr. Pereira showed respect for a tenant's living space and is an asset to Brookchester's maintenance team.
Have no heat for 2 months,the guy said it's a problem with the old radiator that bangs all night long they know but keep say it's maintenance but they won't fix it they act like they do.. ,tried letters,phone calls nothing and they close you for a year contract.
Notice how they follow up on all these "positive" reviews and they seem to follow each other chronologically. Isn't this all a little too coincidental. Not to mention all the personal call-outs of the staff members by name. Every other day it's a different one. Do y'all have a schedule where it's "oh today it's Bob's turn to get a good review." This place is a huge dump. It’s Bergen Counties premier slum run by master slumlords. Its overrun with roaches. Worst building managers I’ve ever experienced. They are extremely rude and disrespectful. Good luck if anything breaks getting it fixed. Do yourself a favor, spend a little more money on rent and go somewhere else.
