We recently moved into Brookchester and could not be happier. The application process was smooth and everyone in the rental office was extremely helpful, especially Jeff who helped us to get everything prepared for move in. The community is great, neighbors are friendly and we are so pleased to be residents here.

My wife and I have been living here for just over a year now and their maintenance couldn't be worse. We deal with banging pipes underneath our apartment day in and day out every hour on the hour with no relief. They tell you they are going to take care of things and it never seems to change. We reluctantly renewed our lease at the end of September and brought up the concern of water damage in our ceiling and were told that it will be taken care of and havent seen a repair person since. We've been living here for almost 2 months and I couldn't be happier! They are so responsive and helpful. I'm truly content here.
It is pet friendly and the people who work here are very helpful. Some of the people who have been extremely helpful are Lisa from the main office , Corey from Maintenance and also Rob from Maintenance. I have lived here for 2 years and been VERY pleased!
2 expensive ,& way 2 many noisy muthafuckas livin here,& alwayz wanting 2 kno ur bizness!!
