Ralph from maintenance is definitely one of the best. He is knowledgeable and knows what his doing. If he's on call there's no worries.
I have been very happy living at Brookchester Apartments. Maintenance service is quick and the office personnel is very helpful. I have great neighbors and enjoy living here.
The apartment is OK, however I've been request some action for the maintenance department SINCE SEPTEMBER (more than 4 months) and no actions are taken . The experiences before with the maintenance were solved.I just started AGAIN new request.. #disappointed
Over the past 5 years or so it has gone down dog waste all over and garbage all over the picnic area because people are to lasy to walk to the right in place to put it. All disgusting!
Been here since 2005 and really enjoy it! A nice neighborhood convenient to everything! :) !!
