The staff is friendly, and the technology is impressive. I needed to change my appointment and it was no problem and then got an appointment very quickly to get the work done that I needed. I even had a blanket and warm neck roll!
I've been going to Brook West Family Dentistry for over 15 years. My Wife and Children also use Brook West and I've referred other family & friends to them. We've always received excellent service. They are respectful of my time by getting me in on time for appointments and do excellent work.
I like the work they do. They have the best doctors and a superb staff. They are the kindest and most patient with patients that are often late. There is always plenty of parking and very little wait time in between arrival and appointment. I wouldn't trust any other clinic with my dental hygiene or appearance. Thank you Brookwest for being the Bosses in Dentistry.
Dr. Hastings, Joyce, Missy and Erin were all very wonderful. They walked me through every step before doing anything. I really appreciate how well it went. 3 crowns at one time was a lot, But I would do it again if I had to. Very professional and friendly, and that's the entire staff at Brook West.

Dr. Smith was exceptional! He was thoughtful, caring and compassionate throughout my entire procedure. He kept me totally informed about what he was doing and made what could be stressful a very positive, calming dental experience. Jolene his assistant exceeded expectations as well with her calming demeanor and very upbeat attitude. Both were a pleasure to be with and alleviated any worry I had. I'd highly recommend Dr. Smith and his entire care team for anyone who's very anxious about dental procedures.
Outstanding level of care, and willing to do what it took to meet my needs and agenda.
