5 star!!!!! LOVE my hygenist!!!!! Heated neck pillow?? Yes please!
Prior to my involvement with Brook West Family Dentistry my teeth weren't in the best of shape and I was apprehensive about going to the dentist. Now, there is no apprehension and I actually look forward to my visits. I've been going to them for over 20 years now and, like all of my previous experiences, this one was also excellent. I was greeted on arrival and there was no waiting for my appointment to start. The staff is friendly, professional and caring. And like their name implies, they treat you like "Family".

Exceeded my expectations on procedure!!!
Cleaning took longer than expected. I am used to being in and out in 45 minutes, but this time it took nearly 90 minutes. I do like the fact that the patient has a monitor and can see everything the hygienist is looking at.
Always feel welcome and I know I get good service this is why I drive 30 min to keep this dentist office
I injoyed my visit, very relaxed great staff
