I have major anxiety when it comes to the dentist and it prevented me from seeking dental services for many years.At the time of the appointment I let the scheduler know of my concerns. I couldn't have asked for more upon my arrival or during my visit. Dr. Domaas and Amanda were great. I felt the genuinely were concerned about me, explained what they were doing each step of the way, which enabled me to feel good about the visit and relax a little. I knew when I left that I would keep the next one appointment.
Absolutely loved my dental hygienist Lisa and loved that dr Domaas could add a cosmetic repair that visit besides my intended work. Thank you - and what a nice repair !

Alwsys friendly and willing to take the time to explain things
I've been a loyal client and customer of this clinic for over ten years now. All of my visits have ended with a courtesy bag that included brushes, toothpaste, flossers, etc. I was starting to accumulate more brushes than I needed so I would return the things in the bag that I didn't need. Well, it seems once I told them I didn't need certain things in the bag, they just stopped offering me anything after my visits. I was offended by this because the large flossers that come in the bag, I can use for the condition of my teet... read more

Going to Brook West is always a pleasure.
As always I was welcomed when I got in, my wait time was zero, I was taken to my dental chair where we went over the procedure (a crown on a cracked tooth), I was asked multiple times during the procedure how I was doing, I got to see how the crown digitized on the screen. I got to pick my choice of music. I'm not sure if I was at the dentist or the spa. Excellent experience I don't have family here but I do have friends and have recommended Brook West to many of them. Brook West has been my dentist since 2007.
