As always, I was pleased and satisfied with my care at Brook West. I appreciate being treated as an individual, not a generalized patient. When a staff member enthusiastically says, "I love it here" while doing good work, it is affirming and reassuring. I also appreciate the consideration of not being pressured into anything but the work needed. Applause for a fine experience!
