I had an extensive dental appointment. Dr Dumas and his assistant were kind, effieient and explained exactly what was going on. The office is wonderful. I switched over from another dentist office that I went to faithfully every six months and they never told me or attempted to treat the things this office has. I now realized I was under served and charged just as much by my previous dentist. Anybody needing a new experience needs to make a change Like Me. I am very happy I did.
I'm sure John gets tired of hearing this, but he is absolutely the best at what he does! Ditto for Jess. It's almost fun to go to the dentist these days.

Dr. Hastings is professional and thorough. She has a sparkling personality that keeps me relaxed during the procedure. Great cleaning experience.
It's in the details. They make the experience all about the patient. The text reminders the day before and a few hours before (very thankful for this service), the elbow pockets, and even distraction (TV) are all nice touches.
I love Brook West. I am a somewhat "difficult" patient who is a very easy gagger and for years I avoided the dentist until I started going to Brook West. I have been going to Brook West twice a year for over 20 years now. They are patient and skilled and understanding and they do everything they can to remove any discomfort during my appointments. They have taken exceptional care of me over the years (through several crowns and a root canal) and I would recommend them to anybody.
It was great. Got 3 cavities done and a tooth pulled all in one appointment, with no issues.
