I had a shoulder issue that gave me lot of problems to train and even day to day life. Brian asked me detailed questions and focussed on understanding what was causing the pain. After a couple of sessions, doing some exercises and patience, it was solved. 100% recommended, he made me feel very comfortable and is very professional.
Having played sport most of my adult life I’ve developed issues in my knees and back. Having had a consultation with Brian, he identified the areas to work on and after a session or two I saw and felt some really positive changes. No question is too stupid to ask and his devotion to getting things right should be commended. First class.
