I recently found a young cat who had been abandoned by people in my street. After confirming with them that they no longer wanted him I called my vet practice. Terri asked me to bring him to the practice where he was checked and i then got a call within the day to say he was being adopted and now has a forever home with love. Not the best start in life for this beautiful boy bit the story ends well. Thank you so much to all at the practice there is a good reason I have trusted you with my cat for 16 years Amazing team 👏
Fantastic practice - I've always found it easy to get in touch, and when we had an emergency they went above and beyond to make sure we were seen, with great communication and follow up. All the staff are so lovely and will take the time to go over any questions or concerns I have (no matter how small or silly they might be!)

Very caring vets. Excellent service. They have my trust for my cats best needs. Reception staff really friendly and efficient. Ally, as always, wonderful!
Me and my partner booked in our cat with Becky the receptionist at chandlers ford. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgable. She booked us in to brook house where rebecca the nurse was brilliant, so helpful and really wonderful with our cat sapphire. Would really recommend the excellent service. 10/10
