I want to give them a higher score because they showed good promise the two times I have been. For the past 5 years I've been backwards and forwards to my GP where I have been given loads of different antidepressants that never worked and never really been taken seriously. Im a service user whos found staff nice buut unhelpful without next of kin. Wessex better
I am a service user, I must say for the very first time in my more than 40 years I have found, compassion, support and real help. All staff I have had dealings with have been kind, informative and go above and beyond. I am a work in progress and feel safe and supported and that I have now got real hope. I was very nervous and scared but I write this review so others reading can feel a bit better and that they are very lucky to have a referral to this team.
