Firstly i’d like to say the staff are lovely, as a young girl i was nervous to walk in thinking i’d get judged, or i’d feel uncomfortable but the place was really calming, the staff were absolutely amazing, had a smile on their faces all the time, were really supportive and friendly, any young people thinking about which clinic to go to i 100% recommend this one, the atmosphere is clean and positive, really helped me and made sure i wasn’t leaving the clinic worried or anxious.
The woman I seen today was so rude and obnoxious with my children present, I was 5 minutes late due to being on demand breastfeeding and my baby needing a feed on the way,, The way she spoke to me infront of my children was horrific, telling me I can’t see you now so if you don’t want to get pregnant don’t have sex!! And the tone that she had whilst saying this was complete unacceptable!
