Can’t believe it’s shut couldn’t be more upset.
Today (Saturday) I went early as it said on their website and on their automatic answer phone that it was open Saturdays 1-4pm, and it was CLOSED!!!!! There were so many people waiting for ages outside this clinic it is disgraceful- no information online about this. I've never had this problem before with any clinic but Brook is known for being very slow in service and it just needs to be more communicative and enaged with its patients.
Amazing staff. So informative and helpful, they have been there through one of the toughest times of my life and made it 100% easier and safer.
good advice, however longest wait ever!!! Ive waited over two hours to be seen and last time it was definitely over three. I waited three hrs for condoms that's abit ridiculous
The staff are very kind and lovely, and they respect your privacy. There are reasonable waiting times. Different matters and concerns may affect where you are in the queue so you may be pushed back or forwards depending on what you are here for but I don't mind that, it is understandable for that sort of system due to the availability of staff and resources. I've never had a problem when visiting Brook. I wait about 30 minutes and then I get seen for a few minutes to retrieve my pills. I am happy with my experiences here fro... read more
