At last we have these lovely people back in our life after 6 months of hell. The improvement Iv seen in my mother and father in laws mental health and well being in only a week has been huge. My advice is if in doubt don't settle - push for direct payments and choose your own care provider- we are glad to have you back x
First class service. All the girls were amazing with mum. Able to give extra cover when needed. Strongly recommend.
All the carers who attend to my mother have been kind, caring, considerate, helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble. When I have rung to change arrangements they have been done without any fuss. Mum looks forward to the carers coming and enjoys the banter.I am so glad we contacted Bronte Care Services when we were in a time of crisis, they have taken a lot of pressure off my shoulders. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Bronte care services have been excellent. They are very flexible and accommodating as my parent needs become more demanding. The carers are friendly and polite and get on well with my parents. They are very thorough and will always call me if required. Use of the Birdie app keeps me up to date with daily care activity and gives me piece of mind to know what is actually happening. I am writing to say how brilliant and caring Br onte Care Services have been with regard to my mother Marguerita Ellison. Carol the manager has constantly been in touch to check on how my Mum is and if she is happy with everything. All the carers have become like personal friends to my Mum and have provided an excellent service. I cannot recommend Bronte highly enough. Lynne Goodman
