The technician did an outstanding job of explaining my system’s needs. Particularly in explaining my need for protective parts which I lacked. He was extremely thorough and conscientious. He also made sure to wear plastic covers on his shoes before entering. Thank you.
The guy showed up at the time the office said he would, that is important to me. He found the problem with my system and had it cooling again in no time. He explained my system was really old and I should think about replacing it. I decide to have one of their consultants come out and give me a price. The office sent out Ken, and again he was right on time. He went over the different options and together him and I found a new system that would work for me. Brody-Pennell Installed a new Heat Pump in our unit as the old one was more than 20 years old. At the time it was costly, but the work was needed. Today I was scheduled for my free service and general maintenance. Juan was our technician. He was on time, friendly and even without asking he put slippers over his shoes to protect my wood floors (a very nice touch!).
