Brody-Pennell is the only HVAC that I call. They do an excellent job. They are fairly priced and are neat and clean up behind themselves.
The service men at Brody-Pennell were very prompt and professional. They were very friendly and took the time to understand my needs. They were very informative and explained the equipment and warranties that they had. What I really liked was that they cleaned up after themselves and kept my home neat and clean. They come highly recommended.
My dear mother in law was in town visiting a few weeks ago. The night before she was due to come in, our AC went out. The Indian summer we were having held very bad timing with her coming in. I called 2 companies to try and get someone to our home immediately. Both told me they were swamped but would be happy to come out Monday. Understandable, but not acceptable. I had an HVAC company come to my home to give me an estimate. I thought the figure they gave me was outrageous so I called Brody for a second opinion. Turns out, I didn't need a new anything! The first guys were trying to put on over on this old man. I couldn't believe it when the Brody technician told me it would be an easy fix, just a matter of a tube coming loose. Big thanks to Randy and everyone at Brody- Pennell.
This company is great. Great service, honest, reliable, and affordable. The workers who came to my house were awesome. Very friendly and neat. They got the job done very quickly and efficiently. They didn't tear up my house or anything. Very happy with their work!

I have needed to call Brody a few times now for assistance with my heater and ac. I have an old system and they have always been so helpful. The serviceman are always professional, and leave my house neat and clean. The best part, the guys are always on time!
