I don't know if there's anything worse then your A/C braking in the middle of the summer in California. Unfortunately, it happened to me. Luckily Brody-Pennell fixed the problem so quickly I almost forgot it ever broke! They were quick, efficient, and professional. Not to mention affordable! Thank you!
Today I was scheduled for my free service and general maintenance. Juan was our technician. He was on time, friendly and even without asking he put slippers over his shoes to protect my wood floors (a very nice touch!). He changed my filters and even showed me connections in my AC/Heat Unit that I was not even familiar with. After the work was done he did a great job cleaning up all of the dust and dirt that was left on the floor. Fantastic customer service! I really appreciated how professional and reliable the repair team was. They also fixed the issue quite quickly, which was wonderful!
I felt my experience with Brody Pernell was great. They were efficient, courteous and quick. They respected the activities going on inside our household and all remained fairly calm for the work that we needed done. All in all I would absolutely recommend BP for any A/C needs.
