Great community with a great staff. Aaron, Javier, and Griffin are quick to fix any maintenance problem. They fix things correctly the first time. Lisa, Kellie, and Sarah are very helpful and professional.
Javier, Griffin, and Aaron are the best maintenance crew around. They keep this place running great. Kellie is very informative on the property. Lisa was very helpful with our move in process. Sarah was also very helpful and professional!

I lived at brockton communities since 2007. I have been very satisfied with the people of brockton and wonderful neighbors. Maintenance has been superb, for example Javier ,Aaron, and Griffen have been such an incredible team. Always reliable and prompt. As for the office kellie and sarah ,lisa have provided excellent service and help with any problems i may have. Overall a great to call home.
Brockton has been a wonderful community to live in. Kellie and Sarah are always welcoming faces in the office and Lisa is always prepared to help them in any way to support us as residents. Javier, Griffin, -!: Aaron have always been available to quickly come and fix any of our maintenance problems. There is no place I would rather live!
Living at Brockton has been a 10 out of 10 experience. The apartment has become a home and the team at Brockton does everything they can to create a sense of service that exceeds all expectations, daily. I would recommend living here to anybody in any season of life.
I have lived here since March and I am so very happy with everything, it is beautiful here and my upgraded apartment is awesome and the staff was excellent!! What a gem in Glendale/Broadripple area! Love!!!
