The heater is never disabled unless it is being actively worked on, but we do understand that it was not at a comfortable level for everyone. The Brockton Apartment Community has not had adequate heating in several buildings since November 12th 2020. I am fighting for my rights as a resident and a mother to a 1 year old for our heat to be restored. I have made several attempts to communicate with the leasing staff. They have mismanaged the urgent situation for the apartment community. Brockton has been a great place to live over the last year. I moved in last January, and I still love it! Maintenance is quick and painless, location is great, and the gym/pool area are very nice. I have loved living here over the past year, and the staff have made everything incredibly easy on my end. It has been an overall great experience.
I have lived at the brockton apartments for the past 2 years and I love it here! The staff are friendly and the maintenance workers are very timely with request which is something that's very important to me! For example, my key broke off in my door because the lock got hard to turn and within minutes maintenance was there to replace the whole lock!
