RecommendedI’ve lived at Brockton for the last year and I have really enjoyed it here. The maintenance workers are super great, as well as very friendly! Amenities are always kept clean and up to date. Very safe community with lots of friendly neighbors. Tucked away in a really nice neighborhood that is very quiet!
Brockton is such a great place to live! What I love about living here is the amazing attentive staff, great facilities like the fitness center and pool and even a free dog park!! The area is safe and friendly, easy access to everything. Definitely a wonderful place to call home!
I Love living at Brockton because the office staff is quite simply the best in the business. Also I can honestly say the maintenance staff has friended my family. Everyone who works at Brockton is so personable and responsive it's ridonculous we ever lived at a complex anywhere else. Thank You Brockton!
I have lived in Brockton for over 11 years now. I love living here and recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, quiet place to live. The location is also a plus. The ladies that work in the office (Lisa, Kellie, and Sarah) are very friendly and helpful. The maintenance crew is top notch and always very professional. Javier , Aaron, and Griffin take great care of the properties. The pool, new dog park, and fitness center are great additions to an already warm community.
While living at Brockton, I was highly impressed with the professionalism showed by Lisa and her staff, Kellie, Sarah, Javier, Aaron and Griffin. I really hate that I had to leave but I highly recommend this property to anyone who wants a nice place to stay within the city limits.
We've had a very positive experience living in Brockton Apartments the last five years and are sad to leave the community we've built and neighborhood that's been our home. Sarah, Kellie, and Lisa have been easy to talk to and helpful in the office, and maintenance requests were always taken care of promptly by friendly and generous individuals like Javier and Aaron. Thanks for taking care of us Brockton! We'll miss you!
My roommates and I love living at Brockton. The office staff are very welcoming and professional. Maitenance staff are quick to fix any issues that may arise day or night. Brockton is a great place to live for young and old alike!
The staff is super friendly and really responsive to your needs. The christmas party was great. I’d definitely recommend living here.
I've have very good experiences here for several years. The staff are friendly and helpful, and Javier always helps keep me up on the latest games when I see him around the complex. The resident events are fun, and maintenance is responsive to concerns.
