Clueless wanka
Twice, I have had packages delivered for pick up from this store and on both occasions they 'didn't have it'. The first time, they miraculously found it after I persisted (a computer monitor) and the second time I was brushed off and rudely told to call UPS.
EXTREMELY RUDE, AGGRESSIVE, ABRUPT, CONFRONTATIONAL, BAD MANNERED WOMAN & owner of this shop, her staff could teach her some basic manners and how to speak with her customers who spend money on a regular basis in her shop..! I never saw such disgusting lack of respect for her customers in all my life. - Such a RUDE woman. I would AVOID this place as lots of other shops close by who appreciate and respect their customers as clearly this shop doesn’t what’s so ever….
