Came to get my exhaust changed, they put a massive dent in the passenger door side and denied responsibility. The mechanic made up some rubbish about how they don't use a blue piece of equipment, as the scratch was blue, but that scratch wasn't there when I get there.
We have drop our vehicle and they said they will fix it but after 2 week we need to call them and ask is our fix they replied no sorry and they only charged a lot of money but our car isn’t fixed
Had our vw t5.1 jump 2 teeth on the cam belt. Ben and his team were amazing with us from start to finish! I spent the day agonising whether real damage had been done, and the garage could have told us anything as we aren’t local, but their honesty and integrity restored my faith in strange garages! Ben even waited after they’d closed to hand over the keys. Top guy and a top place to deal with.
