Both times I’ve visited I’ve been greeted with incredibly friendly customer service and wasn’t charged for the parts needed to fix my bike. I won’t ever use any other bike mechanic in Cambridge.
This is by far the best bike shop in Cambridge. Very kind and helpful owner, fair prices and faithful customer support.
