Verified Renter I enjoyed my time living here at Broadstone on Trinity. I lived here for a year for grad school at TCU. It was a quick, convenient drive to school and was close to other attractions as well. I really liked having a balcony view of the Trinity river/trail and easy access to the trail. The office staff was always helpful and nice. I would live here again.

Verified Renter I have had the best imaginable experience so far with this location! The apartment is located very close to everything I need. I love my apartment and the pools too!! The staff in the office has been amazing too. Angela helped me apply and was fabulous. 10/10 would recommend

Verified Renter I absolutely love the area, I like that I’m about 5-10 minutes away from grocery stores and restaurants. It’s beautiful around the apartments and I’m glad I don’t really have too many noises around other than the train which doesn’t really bother me. My only complaint is that the building I am in is kind of hotel style, yet it is still outside, so it gets very hot in the hallways and there are birds flying around along with wasps.

Moving from Arlington, TX I realize that I am not only paying for the price of my apartment but I am also paying for this amazing location!! Everything I need is literally in walking distance and I love utilizing the trails in the area to get my body in shape. I am excited for the upcoming renovations of the property!
