Do not live here This place is horrible. All of these reviews are from several years ago. Management is not only rude but unhelpful. I’ve been kicked out of the front office simply telling them that my apartment was having issues. They whole property is a mess constant construction and crime. I’ve seen several cars broken into because the gate rarely works. Both pools were broken for over a year. Honestly do not live here it’s a waste of money.
Don't live here if you don't want your car broken into I have lived here for 2 years, and I cannot wait until I can move. My car has been broken into twice and had the stereo stolen as well as damage to the vehicle. Another resident reported the same thing - their vehicle being broken into twice. My boyfriend had to help a resident move their motorcycle into their apartment because it almost got stolen in the parking garage. My roommate parks on the street because she thinks it is safer than the parking garage. The managemen... read more
Fed Up Tenant When we moved into this property a year ago we did not expect what we ended up with. While our actual apartment is fine, the property, building and management are horrible. They were bought out and since that day its been a revolving door of new employees. The have been "updating" the property for an entire year, so residents have had to put up with cranes outside their window first thing in the morning 7 days a week. There have been nails and screws left all over the parking garage and the dog area. The dog ar... read more
Don’t be fooled. Here is a list of the pros and cons. That being said, I wish I never renewed my lease here. Pro: pretty apartment, next to Trinity Trails, walking distance to colonial and university park shopping. Cons: renovations that has led to screws from construction workers left all across the parking garage, spare tires on the curb, our trash is overflowing (stinking up the garage), and the office on the estates side has been closed for remodeling for months and months. They have left exposed wires dangling from the ... read more
Unsafe, Management Unresponsive I lived at Century Colonial (now called Trinity Residences) for 1.5 years and am breaking my lease in December 2017. The garage gate has broken multiple times during my residence. One door has been broken for over a year. I and other residents have contacted management regarding this safety issue multiple times and the door is still broken. Rodgers Road has constant traffic which can be heard from the apartment. I would not recommend this complex to my family and friends.
Not sure how this website gives the apt. a 5/5.. When three out of the seven reviews are low This is seriously a terrible management property. First of all, the apartment is completely over priced for "luxury apartments" for what you get. When you have "luxury"apartments, the gym, pools, and other amenities should be up to par; and the front desk staff should treat the residents with respect, instead of always responding with the same line “Sorry, there’s nothing we can do for you”. No one ever picks up their dogs poop outsi... read more
Constant Fire Alarms I have lived at Century Colonial Park in Fort Worth for over a year now. The fire alarms are a HUGE issue. They will go off for hours at a time. Leaving many people without a place to sleep for the night. I, along with many other residents, have complained to the office staff numerous times and nothing has been done. If there were ever a fire at this location, it would be a disaster as every resident ignores the fire alarms.
Comfortable, excellent location, decent management. Century colonial apartments are comfortable, great apartment sizes and variety. Prices are very decent for the location and size of the apartments. Ample parking i the Garage and no extra cost. Management is ok, helpful; but they could keep the place (hallways and surroundings) a lot cleaner and in better condition. Apartments, building, and amenities are in good condition.
Close to everything... I wanted something new, quiet and away from traffic. Park, Zoo, Country Club, trinity river just a mountain bike ride away. City is 5 minutes?
