Century Colonial Nice area. Very safe and quiet! Across the street from the woodshed which is very nice! Next to the trinity trail which is great for running or if you have dogs! Very pet friendly! Only downside is people not picking up after their pets!
Good location, Decent apartments, misleading fees/amenities. Overall, these are respectable apartments in a convenient location that are well maintained. The complex is generally quiet (except for occasional train noise from the nearby rail yard). It's walkable to many shops and restaurants...and the access to the Trinity trails is nice. While the location is convenient, the apartments are located in a primarily commercial/industrial area, not a residential area. I enjoyed my stay here (UNTHSC student) I've lived here for over a year with a studio apartment. Rent is reasonable without a W/D (extra 40/month I believe). I'll just throw some areas out and comment: Parking: Great! However, people always piggyback past the gate. When I moved in I was supposed to get a parking sticker but they were backordered. A year later, I've still never gotten one, so they definitely do not check if you park past the gates. Noise: I don't mind the trains honking. They may have woken me up a few times ... read more
Do Not Rent I have had the most horrible experience. The rent for a 1 BR/1BA apartment is $1090 with WD. For that price, I was expecting to be able to sleep at night. The noise level is intolerable. My upstairs neighbor exercises at 11:00 pm almost every night. I have called and complained on many occasions, yet this problem continues to happen. They move their exercise equipment around and jump up and down while I try to go to bed and have to wake up a few hours later. I just can't believe how inconsiderate the office staff... read more
