Verified Renter Ashlei was very helpful in touring the facility and available community amenities. She went above and beyond to show me live video of my apartment through a Zoom video call before I moved in. I felt cared for and as though my concerns were genuinely understood, as this is my first time living in an apartment alone. The nearby community is incredible with restaurants aplenty and TCU just down the road. It is also very conveniently located just nearby my new job.

Verified Renter I enjoyed my time living here at Broadstone on Trinity. I lived here for a year for grad school at TCU. It was a quick, convenient drive to school and was close to other attractions as well. I really liked having a balcony view of the Trinity river/trail and easy access to the trail. The office staff was always helpful and nice. I would live here again.

Verified Renter I absolutely love the area, I like that I’m about 5-10 minutes away from grocery stores and restaurants. It’s beautiful around the apartments and I’m glad I don’t really have too many noises around other than the train which doesn’t really bother me. My only complaint is that the building I am in is kind of hotel style, yet it is still outside, so it gets very hot in the hallways and there are birds flying around along with wasps.
