Broadmoor RV is a great place for RVs, parts, and service. We were torn between to RVs and elected to purchase elsewhere based on the availability of the model we wanted from Broadmoor. We were very pleased with the sales staff, products they sell (a huge range from economy to mega-luxury), and the deal making process. No drama, no extensive back and forth, just a good discussion about what each party could or couldn't do.
I have been very pleasantly surprised to find that Broadmoor has priced many of their accessories competitively and will often work with you if they aren't cost effective. Today, I went in for a hose holder and to replace a TV outlet/cable wall plate. The plate was $50, which was a bit of a shock, so I was on the fence. My parents had a Class C that needed a few repairs, including a new roof. We elected to have Broadmoor do the work based on a tour of their shop and the quoted price. The work was all completed with the specified parts and to a high level of fit and finish. Even better, they were done a couple of days early!
