Our previous experience at a very poor RV dealer left us pretty low, Broadmoor's ability to move us out of a bad situation into what has turned out to be a fun camping experience is a delight. We had a wonderful experience at Broadmoor purchasing our 2013 Class C Sunseeker. We got a better deal than anyone was offering in the US...believe me I looked. The purchasing process was fast and easy. The walk through 4 days later was detailed and informative. I was up-sold on some items which at the time I was thinking here we go with the added costs. I was shopping for a specific model of Jayco trailer, and the price from my local (Western WA) dealer seemed high, so I sought out other Jayco dealers, including Broadmoor RV, for comparative pricing for the same model. My experience with the customer service and sales at Broadmoor RV was a breath of fresh air. We had just moved to the area and they made us feel welcome, as well as a friend. We were in the market for a RV and found a great sales person at Broadmoor RV. They were honest with us and there wasn't a lot of going back and forth in negotiating, like a previous reviewer said it was more of an honest discussion about what we could and couldn't do.
