The sales people at Broadmoor helped us through an issue with a problem purchase of an RV. The contract was complete with the exception of adding a large balloon payment which was coming from the proceeds of a property sale. On the closing day which was also the day we were yo pick up the RV the property sale fell through due to the buyer loosing employment. Had a propane leak on our new 5th wheel and my wife called Broadmoor rv and got a negative response from service. I called and complained about how my wife was treated to the service manager which he was the most helpful person I have delt with and made anything right and was very polite and very professional. The parts people there are very good and helpful also.
We have had a great experience ,anyone can come and are well taking care of.

This is our second experience with Broadmoor service. We have had diesel pushers for years with some really bad luck with service departments. Not the case here. We had a list of items that required several techs to solve. Scott and Skyler lined them up and we were pleased at the coordinated schedule. Bought our Timber Ridge travel trailer here, had a great experience. Very courteous and helpful in answering all our questions. The sales staff were no pressure. We took six months to come to a decision on what we wanted and they never pressured us.
