Amazing experience selling my car to Toby. Great local business went in the morning and Toby was so friendly and explained how the process works. Gave me a reasonable quote which was higher than most of the online commercial websites. Was not pushy at all. Sold the car on the same day and Toby even kindly dropped me back home. I had a very disappointing experience with Broadlands Garage and Toby. I purchased a car from them, but within a few weeks, it developed serious issues and was neither fit for purpose nor safe. After weeks/months of back-and-forth, they offered to take the car back but only provided a refund that was £2,000 less than the original purchase price, citing a decline in car values due to the pandemic. I purshased an Audi A3 from Broadlands Vehicules. The car was in really good condition. Great service, Toby was really helpful.
I have just had a very good experience buying a used car from Broadlands Vehicles. Toby was extremely pleasant, professional and clearly knows his trade. I highly recommend this company and would certainly deal with them again - not too soon though because I love the car!
