I am absolutely disgusted at Broadland Housing! They always leave it years until they fix anything even if it's an emergency, Appaling Drivers! One member of staff told me all my rent is paid you don't have any arrears everhthing is perfect then I am getting harassed about arrears of £72 I have been living here 5 years no letter or phonecall about this and it is causing me seizures as I am epileptic! Absolutely Disgusting Housing Association and I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
I would avoid this council! I have a newborn baby left with out hot water and a bathtub for 2 months... only got a new boiler when the boiler exploded with water and made my electric went at 2 am. And they replaced my bathtub when they took it out the mould was so bad they didn't even treat the mould before putting a new tub on!!!! And I'm single mother with a newborn baby. Witnessed one of their vans literally try to run someone off the road. Appalling driving. Even drove against oncoming traffic over a railway crossing.
Shocking driving from your employee. Tried to bully someone off the road then drove into oncoming traffic across a railway line. Don’t expect anything will be done about it either and who knows what will happen next time!
