Hesitantly moved into our second Broadgate property, as they promised a higher quality finish. After 3 years, we’ve been left sorely disappointed. Worse than the first. The sales staff were wonderful & friendly, but their customer’s services team is rude & unhelpful.

Not interested after 2 years of sorting any issues out. Referred to NHBC warranty which isn't worth the paper it's written on. Had issues with leaks in my roof and downstairs toilet, had to source someone to come out myself and pay the bills to fix them out of my own pocket. I wouldn't recommend Broadgate homes.
