Biggest problem with Broadacres is the lack of transparency in their business dealings. They’re quick to send out surprise letters telling you your rent is going up but can never give you a breakdown of what this entails other than “costs are going up around the country” - sounds like an excuse just to claw more money from an already struggling population. Nice complex and friendly staff
Iam not even gunna give them a gud review I've been fighting to get bk to easingwold iam getting mo where but they ate giving properties out to people that a from a foren country as of middlesbrough Leeds and I feel I've been fobbed off my mental health has gone down hill rapidly I've tried taking my own life 3 times coz I just can't take anymore!!where I live is full of drugs I've had problems with people knocking on my windows early hours they still don't care so iam not giving a 1 star had enough wat it is broadacers are... read more
We find broadacres to be very helpful. We have been one of their tenants for 3 years now and have never had any problems, jobs always get done when they say and trades people are always polite and friendly and always clean up after a job has been done.
