Emma has been extremely helpful. She was very kind and what I had requested for she sent to me. I am very happy with her attitude and the way she helped me. She was very sufficient.
Don't trust GP I call day before and told me call tomorrow morning 8am and call in 8am told me no appointment left, no Chance you get appointment
I changed my family doctor because they were not what I needed. But it seems that all GP in this country use the same system. I came today, September 3rd, to make another appointment, and they told me the first available slot is only in October! This is a joke. I’ve been dealing with health problems for 6 months now. I called and was in the que for 41 minutes, that's not the issue, I completely understand that but as soon as I'm put through the person is talking to someone else at reception and im saying hello?? Then the call is ended, I waited for 41 minutes to book an appointment and the woman at reception hang up on me because she was talking to someone else, and I heard the conversation it wasn't about work it was about who someone was potentially gonna date, and I had the call ended on me, it's insane!!
It’s 8:04 when my call was finished , I needed an emergency appointment as when my issue was mild they ignored it and now it has inflammation and swollen and they told me they don’t have appointments. I don’t see the point of lying. They open at 8am. And the call FINISHED at 8:04 . I really hate this place. It’s a mental battle to get help because the receptionist are who decide this. And they ONLY tell you they “don’t have appointments today” AFTER you share with them your issue. Ridiculous
