I had a really bad experience with this firm. My initial enquiry was dealt with my an intern who wanted to arrange a phone meeting with a partner once they had gathered all of the information which I provided to them. I specifically requested that the partner read the documentation that was provided in order to conduct an efficient telephone meeting which enable them to provide specific advice relating to my case. My initial consultation with Sophie at Britton & Time was quite positive. She was well-informed and provided valuable advice, instilling confidence in their services. However, this initial impression did not carry through the entirety of my experience.
