I spent 100+ dollars for shipping for a 20$ item. They stated “3-5 buisness days” i have not yet received my order i placed on the 20th of march. It is now the first of april. Please give me my money back or pack my package, preferably in a very cusioned box.

Helaas heel negatieve ervaring gehad met levering in België. Nooit toegekomen en geld niet teruggekregen. Heel vervelend allemaal, want ze sturen lange e-mails om uit te leggen dat het hun fout niet is en dat ze maar een klein familie bedrijf zijn. Begrijpelijk misschien wel menselijkerwijs, maar als klant ben ik helaas niet geholpen. Ik hoop dat ze zich herpakken. Ondertussen gebruik ik alternatieven. Ik begrijp wel hun score op trust pilot niet, veel bizarre hoge scores naast veel heel lage...

I've my first purchase now from BritishGram. I ordered from out of country so I expected it to take a bit of time before my shipment arrived. I tracked my shipment for some time, it said it was waiting for pickup on the parcel tracking but in the actual case it had been picked up. So there might be some communication issues or some sort between between the companies. Other than that all is good, my shipment arrived quite quickly actually, I just found out a bit late :D Would buy again.

Is this company a scam? Because I ordered 2x 20kg basmati rice. Order never arrived but they say it's been fulfilled. No one answering calls or responding to emails.
