This is one of those companies which will say they have a 30 years guarantee, but this will only protect the original owner of the house. If you want them to honour any guarantee of a job done on a property you buy, they will tell you to pay £120. Very dodgy. I don't even understand how this is legal in this country.

We bought a house in Peterborough that had a damp problem which our surveyor found. We asked Nick to do a survey and price up the job. The report was in our hands in just a few days which allowed us to negotiate a better price for our new home. The work was carried out three weeks later by a team of three workers who were impeccably professional and knowledgeable. These boys went above and beyond for us.
