Love the teachers. They are amazing. UPDATE: Someone in management got in touch with me eventually and refunded me accordingly. Once the mangers switched over in April the communication has been terrible. They have yet to follow up with me in regard to canceling and refunds. I’ve been calling and my calls are being screen. I have also been locked out of the portal since late April and can’t access anything which was communicated and also never followed up on. This is so unfortunate and unprofessional. Silyssa is a great teacher! Our kids are learning very quickly. I love that they start with survival first. Highly recommend.
Tindall is really nice with my daughter. She helps her improve with her strokes and style. I really recommend getting her as a swimming coach. Litzy is also very nice with my little son. He was afraid of swimming and now he really enjoys being on water and he started to float on his back by his self. I really recommend her too.
