I am moving to the area and I wanted to research swim schools. Last week I called British Swim school and spoke to a lady in the office name Angela and I had the best experience of my life. She was extremely patient with me and all of my many questions. She was so friendly and kind and had a great personality which a lot of people in customer service is lacking lately. My daughter started swim lessons here at age three. She was fearful and timid about putting her face in the water and jumping in. She stuck with it thanks to the encouragement and patience of her excellent British Swim School teachers, and now, as a 6 year old, she is a really strong, confident swimmer. I would absolutely recommend British Swim School to parents looking for swim lessons that prioritize water safety and survival skills. Excellent experience!

In a few short months, our son has gone from being fearful of the water to learning the backstroke! His confidence has skyrocketed and most importantly, he loves it and can’t wait for his lesson every week. The instructors are knowledgeable and caring, and the owner is always super responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!
